In a challenging real estate market like 2025, Bob and Elisa helped me sell my home and find a new one, which was something truly not easy to achieve. They put in tremendous effort and managed to sell my house within a short time after listing, which really shows their exceptional professionalism and dedication. They truly live up to their motto “Trust & Deliver,” always standing from the client’s perspective, offering honest advice, and paying close attention to every detail. Their craftsmanship and commitment make them stand out from others. I am grateful for the wisdom and support that Bob and Elisa offered me during a particularly uncertain time in the real estate market. They were always prepared to answer any questions and address concerns in the utmost professional manner, and I really appreciated their client-centred approach. I met with a couple of other agents before meeting Bob and Elisa, and I was so impressed by them that it was a no-brainer to work with them to sell my house. They never made me feel like the listing was just a paycheck for them - Bob and Elisa truly operate from a place of deep care for their clients, and they set realistic expectations while advocating on behalf of their clients to achieve the best result possible. They are ethical, honest, and excellent communicators. You can rely on them to take care of you from the very first meeting until the closing date (and even after that). With sincere gratitude, thank you Bob and Elisa.

So happy that our property was sold quickly with a good price in the cold market! We have cooperated with Bob Wang team for many years. Each time we felt that they are very sincere, thoughtful, professional. They always do their best to represent the interests of their clients.

Their market analysis is well-founded. The pricing takes into account both our expectations and market expectations, making it competitive.

Before listing, in order to make the house more attractive, they put forward some great suggestions. After the adjustment with low cost and less time, the whole house visual effect improved a lot.

The staging work is excellent. From the placement of furnitures, to the decoration of wall paintings, the color collocation of the cushions, and to a flower, a book, a towel settings, all of these not only reflect the sense of space and practicality of the house, but also creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere, give the visitors a sense of home.

More than one offer was received soon after the listing. In the process of negotiation with the buyer, Bob team also behaved very professionally, actively striving for the maximum benefit for the client. And finally concluded the transaction at a satisfactory price for both parties.

Many thanks to Bob Wang team's professional and efficient work! I can say responsibly that Bob Wang team is the best representative of the clients' interests, whether buyer or seller. Trust, deliver, indeed.

Bob and Elisa make an excellent team. They worked patiently with us while we made our decision to sell our much loved family home to downsize. The have good professional services that they work with, and took great care to help us prepare the home for sale. I was impressed with the data behind the pricing decision, and once on the market they worked hard to show the house to its best advantage, and to as many buyers as possible. It sold at a good price in less than two weeks. Not easy in the current market. I recommend them if you’re looking at buying or selling a home in Oakville.

Bob and Elisa are outstanding representatives of Asian-Canadian entrepreneurs. Diligence and sincerity are the first impressions they give people. Every year, they can find the most cost-effective houses on the market for their clients. You could say it's luck, but I think it's inseparable from their hard work. If you also want to buy the most cost-effective house on the market that year, please go and find them.

If you are looking to buy a housein Toronto, especially in the Okaville area, then I would definitely recommend Team Bob. Based on years of experience as a senior manager of the head company, they also showed a high degree of professionalism and integrity in the field of real estate. At that time, I lived in London, Canada, and entrusted them to act as my real estate agent based on my trust in them. I did not participate in the whole process at all, which made me very relaxed. They paid attention to every detail, and even during the pandemic, they sold my house at a price I was happy with. Bob's team is a very professional, credible and respectable team, which I highly recommend
